Each new patient receives a comprehensive evaluation on the first visit. This includes taking a full history, reviewing any available medical records, and discussing diagnosis and plan for treatment. Medication prescriptions will be provided when clinically appropriate, and the need for laboratory studies, psychotherapy, and other support services will also be discussed.
On-going medication management entails periodic follow-up visits. The patient will be assessed for treatment progress and medication adjustment will be made if deemed necessary. Initially, follow-ups may be as often as every two weeks. Once we're in a stable place, we may spread out visits to every few months.
Yes, we offer telehealth services with some restrictions.
